"I love seeing people win," says James, whose impressive credentials include a Level 3 Diploma in Personal Training, a Bachelor's degree in Sports Science, and expertise as a Wellness Coach, Class Instructor, Martial Arts practitioner, and Breathwork & Mindfulness Coach. With a decade of experience, James began his professional practice at the Better Body Group in Sevenoaks, Kent, in August 2013.

James's approach to training goes beyond the typical fitness routine. He believes in cultivating a holistically healthy body, mind, and spirit. For him, it's not just about shifting weights but focusing on technique and movement quality. "I'm helping people restore what we were born with – the ability to move without pain and restriction, with flow and power," says James.
