Supporting teens in navigating the challenges of adolescence is at the heart of what we do. We offer specially designed programmes to nurture mental well-being, build resilience, and encourage self-expression in a supportive and welcoming environment. With National Lottery funding, we’re proud to provide these services at an accessible cost of just £5 per session.
TEEN YOGA
AGE: 12-18
Our teen yoga classes are tailored to support both physical and mental well-being. These sessions focus on:
Reducing stress and anxiety through guided breathwork and gentle movement
Building self-awareness and confidence
Improving focus and promoting better sleep
Led by an experienced teacher who understand the unique needs of teenagers, these classes provide a safe space to unwind, reconnect, and recharge. No previous yoga experience is necessary – all teens are welcome, aged 12-18.
We are currently seeking further funding to keep these classes going - please register your interest in the class so we can guage the demand for this class if we are able to re-start in September
SELF EXPLORATION WORKSHOPS
AGE: 13-14
Art is a powerful tool for self-expression and healing. Our teen art workshops are designed to:
Help teens explore and express their emotions creatively
Boost self-esteem through artistic accomplishment
Foster a sense of community and belonging with peers
Through painting, drawing, and mixed-media projects, teens can discover new ways to process their feelings and build resilience in a non-judgmental environment.
