WHAT IS YOGA THERAPY?
Yoga Therapy is a mind-body therapy: Understanding what's happening in your body in response to your past/present experiences and relationships. Through the process of therapy, together we can make sense of your experiences and intentions, empowering your own self-growth and changes for the future. Sessions might consist of exploring subtle movements, breathing practices, meditation, creativity, and talking, all relevant to your needs.
Grace will create a safe space for you to explore and share any insights that may surface during sessions. Together we may discover ways in which to release and elevate physical/chronic pain and emotional unrest. By creating practices relevant to your own body, Yoga Therapy can support self-growth, healing and positive changes both on and off the mat.
