Sophie’s practice focuses on helping you reach your health goals with skilled, attentive care. Treatments are rooted in lymphatic drainage and supported by advanced face, intra-oral, abdominal, and myofascial methods. Each session meets you where you are.

She gives evidence-based, client-focused care in lymphatic drainage, buccal and face massage, scar tissue function, headache and concussion management, vocal maintenance, digestive and menstrual disorders, and nervous system regulation.

She holds an honours diploma from Vancouver College of Massage Therapy. From there, she trained directly with some of the industry’s top experts, including physiotherapists Flavia Morellato, Walt Fritz, and Tomasz Tomasik. She is certified in Applied Manual Lymphatic Drainage from Vodder International School.
