Art can offer a calm and creative way to explore thoughts and feelings. The Paint and Draw Chill Out workshops are designed to:

Offer a structured yet relaxed space to meet others of a similar age
Build confidence through open-ended, expressive art-making
In this small, friendly group, teens can experiment with drawing, painting, and pastel work in a peaceful studio setting.
Each session begins with a simple relaxation or reflection, followed by a guided art activity—always free of judgement and pressure.
Themes include painting to music, exploring emotions through colour, and drawing with inspiration from nature. No experience is needed, and all materials are provided.
