What is 'Family Constellations'?
‘Family Constellations’ is the name of a group therapeutic process that taps into the mystical level of reality to disentangle issues in a family system or an individual.
Our individual lives are deeply impacted by the family and community we come from and constellations can reveal, and heal, wherever there are issues that stop us from expressing our true selves.
This is done in a group setting where participants step into the role of family members, places, or concepts for a particular issue holder. The movements of the constellation are guided by the family soul and the ‘knowing field’.
What is the focus of this session?
This session is working on the relationship between the mind and emotions. These fundamental aspects of our life experience can often be in conflict with one another, instead of working together harmoniously. In this session we will look at the relationship with each element and set up constellations to create more connection and harmony between the two aspects.
If you know you have a better relationship with one aspect than the other, this can be a powerful workshop to help you connect to a neglected part of you. If you are already connected to both, it can support the integration and communication between the two aspects.

About the practitioner:
My name is Surrender and I am learning how to surrender to life!
I am close to completing my 18-month training as a Family Constellations practitioner, and I have spent 10 years exploring and practising meditation, yoga and various holistic healing modalities including Reflexology and VortexHealing.

This is a pay-by-donation group session. Suggested donation £10 - £15, to cover the cost of the space.
